1. Overall sizes of sheets
Allowable variations in length and width of sheets according to أخرز 19904-90 for cold-rolled mill products and galvanized steel, according to أخرز 19903-74 - for hot-rolled steel, according to أخرز 21631-76 – for aluminum and aluminum alloy.
2. Rectangularity of sheets
Allowable sheets rectangularity variations according to أخرز 19904-90 for cold-rolled mill products and galvanized steel, according to أخرز 19903-74 - for hot-rolled steel, according to أخرز 21631-76 – for aluminum and rolled aluminum.
3. Profiles of sheets
Profiles of sheets must be flat. Variation in plane shall not exceed 20 mm at length of 1,000 mm.
4. Arrangement of holes
Holes must be arranged in a regular way, without breaking straight rows and gaps.
5. Quality of surface
Sheets must have no cracks, cracked edges, layerings, deformed and broken bridges.
6. Rough edges
The rough edges of holes shall be maximum 0.02 mm.
7. Requirements to raw materials
Sheets shall be manufactured from cold-rolled steel (أخرز 16523-97), hot-rolled (أخرز 19903-74), galvanized (أخرز 14918-80), stainless steel, aluminum and aluminum alloys (أخرز 21631-76, أخرز 13726-97).
Perforated sheets may be manufactured from other materials by order of a consumer.
8. Weight of sheets
Weight of sheets shall be calculated according to the following formula:
