RECOMMENDATIONS ON ORDER OF PRESSED BAR GRATING P
Pressed bar gratings and pressed flooring are modern metal products which have excellent operating characteristics making them increasingly popular when different construction works are executed. Among advantages of gratings is, first of all, considerable strength which allows pressed gratings and flooring bear great loads. Besides, such strength is in compliance with light weight of a structure. Pressed flooring as well as pressed gratings are easily installed, if necessary, a part of structures may be dismantled and replaced. In this case bar gratings and flooring have aesthetic look which allows combining their functional qualities with decorative purposes.It is no surprise that at present pressed gratings and flooring are applied both for architectural solutions related to exterior design and in the interior of a building. Pressed grating is used for manufacture of any structures starting from stair flights in the buildings and ending by erection of bridges and racks. Pressed gratings coated with anti-corrosion materials can be used in any field of industrial production.
It can be said without exaggeration that pressed gratings and pressed flooring only start being used in the modern construction.
Pressed flooring type is selected based on the Customer's requirements to the structures taking into account performance characteristics of pressed flooring. When selecting geometrical sizes, it is necessary to take into account maximum standard sizes of pressed flooring:
2,000 х 1,000 mm, where 2,000 mm – maximum size of a bearing bar,
And 1,000 mm – maximum size of a bond bar.
A bond bar fixes bearing bars and bears no load.
ATTENTION! If orientation of a pressed grating is correct, a bearing bar is arranged perpendicular to movement and its ends rest on bearing elements (bars, channel bars, etc.). If orientation is incorrect, flooring will not bear loads indicated in the table of loads which may cause structural damage.

Sizes of cells and bearing bars are indicated in the PRODUCTION PROGRAMME table.
Bar grating type is selected based on bearing load data indicated in the TABLE OF LOADS.
EXAMPLE ORDER of pressed floor P:
The customer must cover the area of 1,250 х 3,690 mm (see Figure) where the first size is 1,250 mm - the distance between bearing elements (supports). In this case the size of a bearing bar will be 1,250 mm (distance between supports). The size of a bond bar is determined based on maximum possible standard size – 1,000 mm. According to the order, for covering the area of 1,250 х 3,690 mm four pressed gratings are required: three gratings with bond bar size – 1,000 mm and one pressed bar grating – 690 mm. Thus, for covering the area of 1,250 х 3,690 mm pressed gratings are required:
1,250 х 1,000 mm – 3 pcs, (first size – 1,250 mm - bearing bar, second size – 1,000 mm – bond bar size);
1,250 х 690 mm – 1 pc, (first size – 1,250 mm - bearing bar, second size – 690 mm – bond bar size);
